Attorney is bound by law to report to the authorities any allegations of child abuse should an allegation be made during any communication. Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC., reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. No refund policy. Once payment has been made by user and attorney has provided an answer via email or engaged in a video teleconference session, no refunds will be made. Document Review Services. Each Document Review package includes review of up to the number of pages specified at the time of purchase. Documents submitted in excess of the purchased page limit may incur additional review fees. By purchasing a Document Review service and submitting documents for review, Client authorizes Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC. to charge the payment method on file for any applicable overage fees resulting from pages submitted beyond the purchased limit. Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC. reserves the right to suspend, delay, limit, or decline review of excess pages until all applicable fees have been paid. Page counts shall be determined solely by Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC. based on the documents received.
