Terms of Service

All questions submitted by user are confidential and the communication(s) between user and attorney are privileged and subject to the attorney-client privilege of confidentiality. No personal information other than the information provided is kept or recorded on any format. Names and email information are only kept for purposes of contact between user and attorney and is not sold to any third-party. Attorney is bound by law to report to the authorities any allegations of child abuse should an allegation be made during any communication. Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC., reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. No refund policy. Once payment has been made by user and attorney has provided an answer via email or engaged in a video teleconference session, no refunds will be made. We reserve the right to change, revise or modify the Terms (including fees) at any time without notice by posting the amended terms on the site.

Document Review Services. Each Document Review package includes review of up to the number of pages specified at the time of purchase. Documents submitted in excess of the purchased page limit may incur additional review fees. By purchasing a Document Review service and submitting documents for review, Client authorizes Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC. to charge the payment method on file for any applicable overage fees resulting from pages submitted beyond the purchased limit. Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC. reserves the right to suspend, delay, limit, or decline review of excess pages until all applicable fees have been paid. Page counts shall be determined solely by Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC. based on the documents received.
