In Domestic Violence, Stalking, Dating Violence or Cyber Stalking, cases, the judge, magistrate or hearing officer makes the ultimate decision and ruling on any given case.
The online consultation includes up to forty-five (45) minutes of video conference time. If the consultation extends beyond the allotted 45 minutes, additional time will be billed at the rate of $225 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree that any time exceeding the initial session duration will be subject to this additional fee.
For Document Review services, the review is limited to the number of pages included in the service package selected by the client. Any documents submitted in excess of the purchased page limit may be subject to additional review fees at the applicable rate established by Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC. By submitting documents for review, the client acknowledges and authorizes Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC. to charge the payment method on file for any additional pages reviewed beyond the purchased service limit. Florida Divorce Advisor, LLC. reserves the right to suspend, delay, or limit review of documents exceeding the purchased page limit until all applicable fees have been paid.
